Chairman of the PPC calls for efforts to complete targets in last months of 2017

As reported by the Department of Planning and Investment, until to Agust 2017, the aquaculture output increased by 5.7% over the same period. The industrial production index increased over 16.8%. The export turnover increased over 27%.  The number of new enterprises established in August increased by 17.3%, with 70 newly established enterprises. In Agust, 60 new businesses were established. The state budget revenue in the province increased by 8.7%, etc...

At the meeting, members of the PPC reported the work implemented in their field of their management, specifically many issues such as the price adjustment of domestic water, the difficulties of the project "crop cutting, crop conversion and crop structure in eastern districts, Tien Giang province up to 2025", preventing landslide, the dengue fever, the decentralization of management of historical sites, etc…

Chairman of the PPC Le Van Huong urged the Standing comrades of the PPC, leaders of departments as members of the PPC to focus on executing, leading and directing the implementation of the only the socio-economic targets in September 2017 as well as the third quarter of 2017 of the province, to focus on preparation for the year-end session of the Tien Giang provincial People's Council. At the same time, the Chairman of the PPC agreed to adjust the price of living water as reported by the Department of Finance, to be expected to increase about 10%.
