621,000 tourists visit Tien Giang in four months

ABO - According to the Tien Giang Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Tien Giang province welcomed more than 621,000 tourists in the first four months 2018, increased 10.3% over the same period. In which, foreign tourists reached 207,400 visitors, increased 10.36.7% over the same period.

The revenue from accommodation, catering and travel services reached VND498.9 billion, up 10.4%, of which, accommodation and catering services accounted for 98.2%.

The Tien Giang Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism continued to speed up the detailed planning on tourism development in Tan Phong island (in western region), reviewing the list of projects calling for investment in the 2018-2020 period.
