Chairman of the PPC Le Van Huong visits the star apple garden of Phan Van Tu in Huu Dao commune, Chau Thanh with an area of 0.45 hectares.

This star apple garden was previously harmed by pests and diseases. However, after two years of implementation of solutions by specialized branches and scientists, the situation of dairy diseases has been gradually improved and got good results and fruit export standard.

Chairman of the PPC Le Van Huong also visited the star apple garden of Pham Hoang Nam and Pham Anh Tuan in Nhi Binh commune, Chau Thanh district. This is two of the star apple farmers to effectively apply integrated solutions to reduce the cost of cultivation, creating food safety and hygiene products, giving high profit, meeting the strict requirements of enterprises consuming products and exporting star apple to the US market.

Through the above visit, the PPC asked the Tien Giang's agriculture sector and Chau Thanh district to continue providing scientific and technical assistance to farmers in order to ensure and improve the quality of star apple standard.
