The state budget revenue reached more than 8,400 billion VND in 2018

ABO – Tien Giang Department of Taxation has just organized a conference to review the tax task in 2018 and carried out the task and solutions for taxation in 2019. Deputy Chairman of the Tien Giang provincial People's Committee Le Van Nghia attended the conference.

According to the report of Tien Giang Department of Taxation, in 2018, the results of state budget revenue reached more than 8,400 billion dong, above 111% compared to the yearly estimate and equal to 119% compared to the same period in 2017. The Taxation sector inspected and checked 967 enterprises, collecting arrears, paying tax, recovering nearly 36 billion VND. Besides, the unit also successfully completed the administrative procedure reform in the tax field, etc...

The conference also focused on assessing difficulties and giving specific solutions to tax collection in 2019 to achieve better results, more favorable for taxpayers.

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Chairman of the Tien Giang provincial People's Committee Le Van Nghia unanimously agreed with the Taxation sector solutions to complete the state budget collection in 2019.

He also asked the Taxation sector to continue grasping the industry policy and update new policies for analysis and explanation for businesses and business households to understand. At the same time, the the Taxation sector needed to see administrative procedure reform as the main work; well perform coordination with relevant departments and agencies, etc...

On this occasion, the People's Committee of Tien Giang province awarded the emulation flag to the tax branch that led the administrative reform, information technology application in state agencies.
