Chairman of the PPC Le Van Huong inspects many projects calling for investment

ABO - On May 28, Chairman of the Tien Giang provincial People's Committee (PPC) Le Van Huong inspected many projects calling for investment in Cai Be district, Chau Thanh district and My Tho city.

For the residential and Thien Ho market project, Cai Be district has approved the investment policy and approved the project in the form of public investment. Currently, the locality is carrying out the work of compensation and site clearance for land areas, etc...

In Chau Thanh district, the Vinh Kim commercial, service and housing project has a scale of 4.64 hectares (public land), with a total investment of about 220 billion VND.

The PPC approved the policy for Viet Han Trading - Construction - Real Estate joint stock co., Ltd to survey, research and plan the project.

Particularly, fo the Tam Minh Duc general hospital project (My Tho city), the investor has completed the investment procedures and started the project.

Chairman of the PPC Le Van Huong asked Cai Be district to re-examine the feasibility of the residential and Thien Ho market project, the residential and An Huu market project; at the same time, speeding up the investment schedule of Cai Be supermarket project.

For the Vinh Kim commercial, service and housing project, he asked localities to coordinate with related sectors to speed up the progress of application, procedures and construction of progress, etc... to conduct bidding and implementation.

He hoped that the project would be a stepping stone to help the local socio-economic development.
Particularly for the Tam Minh Duc general hospital project, Chairman of the PPC Le Van Huong assigned the Tien Giang province Department of Transport to study and open a segment of median in front of the hospital gate to facilitate people's travel.

On the afternoon of the same day, Chairman of the PPC also checked the progress of the project to upgrade the provincial road 867 (the section from the Canal 500 bridge to Tram Muoi bridge, Tan Phuoc district).

The project has a length of 6.98 km, total investment of more than 52 billion VND. The project will be completed by the end of 2019 as expected.

Chairman of the PPC asked the Management Board of Construction Investment of Traffic Works to invite contractors to work to speed up the progress as committed.
