The site clearance area is on average 60meters, the total acquired land area is about 458 hectares with 3,292 households affected by the project. Up to now, there are 6/3,292 households who have not received compensation and support for the project clearance.

For the main route, the province has handed over 50.77 / 51.1 kilometers (reaching 99.35%), while 330 meter of the main route at An Thai Trung intersection (Cai Be district) have not yet been handed over; the branch connecting the provincial road 878 to Than Cuu Nghia intersection (Chau Thanh district); 5 households have not received compensation and support money.

The relocation of telecommunication system; medium voltage, low voltage, high voltage were basically completed.
