The Boxing contest for the 7th Mekong Delta Sport Festival 2017 opens

On March 11, Tien Giang Department of Culture - Sports and Tourism held the ceremony opening the Boxing contest under the the 7th Mekong Delta Sport Festival 2017.

The tournament will be held from March 11 to March 15 with the participation of 121 athletes from nine provinces and cities: Tien Giang, Ben Tre, Can Tho, Ca Mau, An Giang, Kien Giang, Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Binh Phuoc in 24 weight classes (12 men, 12 women).

The tournament is a practical activity to celebrate the 86th anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931-2017), 71 years of Sports Day (March 27, 1946-2017).
