The 8th Tien Giang Sports Festival:

80 athletes attended Vovinam

On January 17, the Tien Giang provincial Center for Training - Physical Training and Sports hold the opening ceremony of Vovinam (Vietnam traditional martial arts), one of martial arts at the 8th Tien Giang Sport Festival 2018.

There were 80 athletes from 9 units including: the Education and Training sector, My Tho city, Cai Lay town, Chau Thanh district, Cho Gao district, Cai Be district, Go Cong Dong district, Go Cong Tay district and Cai Lay district.

Athletes competed for two competition contents including performance and opposition. The closing ceremony and award ceremony will be held on January 19.
