Tien Giang honors 197 excellent teachers

On the morning of August 25, the Tien Giang Department of Education and Training held a meeting to honor and congratulate 197 excellent teachers in the 2016-2017 school year.

At the meeting, leaders of the province as well as leaders of the Tien Giang Department of Education and Training listened thoughts and aspirations of teachers in the teaching process as well as the current difficulties such as the lack of preschool teachers, degraded classrooms, the lack of computer and foreign language teaching equipment, etc...

Representatives of the provincial leaders and leaders of the education sector have acknowledged and answered mnay problems of teachers and at the same time encouraged teachers to improve their pedagogical capacity to train talents for the country.

At the ceremony, the PPC awarded 65 certificates of merit to excellent teachers at national examinations. The Tien Giang Department of Education and Training also awarded certificates of merit to 132 good teachers at provincial and pre-primary levels.
