VNPT Tien Giang signs cooperation agreement with Software Technology Park

On October 29, at Software Technology Park, the Viet Nam National University, Ho Chi Minh city, signed a cooperation agreement with VNPT Tien Giang on the deployment of a cluster model in the Information Technology Center of VNPT Tien Giang.

According to the agreement, two units will cooperate in building and deploying a 7 hectare start-up cluster located in Tien Giang province. After being completed, this model will meet the criteria for joining the chain of Quang Trung Software Park.

Two units will share resources, information, partners and markets; to support investment attraction, to develop cooperation and technology transfer; to cooperate in training and develop of human resources; to conduct the start –up cluster model at the Information Technology Center of VNPT to be recognized as the first information technology center of the Southwest after joining the chain of Quang Trung Software Park.

At the signing ceremony, Deputy Chairman of the Tien Giang provincial People's Committee Tran Thanh Duc  said that this cooperation will help accelerate the process of product commercialization, to go further and influence the development of Tien Giang and neighboring provinces.
