On November 15, the Tien Giang province Department of Health organized the expand Tien Giang Health Science Conference 2017 with the participation of the Ba Ria - Vung Tau province Deaprment of Health, the Binh Duong province Deaprment of Health, the Ben Tre province Deaprment of Health, the Soc Trang province Deaprment of Health and other hospitals in HCM City.

At the conference, there were 30 works among 144 scientific research topics and innovative ideas from doctors working in medical units in and outside of Tien Giang province selected to report. The topics covered in this conference focused on the following areas such as: Management, Medical Examination, Public Health, Pharmacy, Nursing, ect ... increased by 44% compared to 2016. The experience gained from practical and scientific research, applied from the achievements of medicine in the country and international.

The conference was also an opportunity to exchange, study and share scientific research results of physicians in and outside Tien Giang province. Sharing the results of this research work will contribute to improving the quality of management as well as the quality of health services, improving the effectiveness of treatment and the prevention of disease.
