259 poor students awarded scholarship

On January 7, the Pousse-Pousse Association (France) awarded scholarships to held 259 poor pupils in Tan Phu Dong district. Depending on the level of education, each grade is worth from VND1 million to VND1.5 million.

During the period 2017-2023, the Pousse-Pousse Association has sponsored poor students, giving gift and scholarships for students in difficulty, building houses for the poor, supporting for poor households, supporting for the construction of clean water pipelines for people in Tan Thoi commune and neighbouring communes, Tan Phu Dong district with a total cost of over Euro 8,000.

On this occasion, the Tien Giang provincial People's Committee awarded certificates of merit to the Pousse-Pousse Association for its contributions to social charity work in the province.
