A trench digging equipment invented

ABO - Duong Quoc Thai, owner of Quoc Thai Mechanical factory (in Hau My Bac B commune, Cai Be district has successfully invented a good digging equipment. The equipment is fitted on the tractor head, which can dig more than 1,000 meters per hour (for rice fields), tenfold in comparison with manual excavation.

With the suggestion of some farmers in the commune, Thai started to research with the desire to invent the digging equipment to both help replace human resources as well as saving time and costs of renting.

After nearly two years of researching, experimenting many times in the field, finally, Thai launched the convenient trench digging device. The device is quite simple with a width of about 2 meters, the transmission system from the post-junction (connected to the engine) designed by the gear system and the shaft (instead of chain like Japanese machine).

The important part is the earth screw, consisting of a series of spiral-shaped teeth (used for drilling and blasting when applied in the field). It is designed to be suitable for dry or wet soil applications. At the same time, it is possible to adjust up and down to change the depth of the grooves compared to the face field.

In addition, the width of this device can be adjusted down from 50 to 60 cm when entering the narrow road through the hydraulic pipe.

Nguyen Cong Minh (in Thanh An commune, Thanh Hoa district, Long An province) bought and operated the dredge equipment of Quoc Thai mechanical foundation for more than 6 months. On the market, the trench digging equipment manufactured by Quoc Thai Mechanical factory has lower price, safe capacity, safe operation.

Since the first successful invention of digging equipment, Thai has sold 4 devices for customers in and out of the province at the price of VND26-29 million/device. It is lower compared to the same equipment imported from Japan (from VND150 -180 million).
