The 11th "Giving wings to dream" scholarship awarded

ABO - On the morning of April 15, at Tien Giang University, Ap Bac Newspaper cooperated with Hung Vuong Joint Stock Company and Tien Giang University to hold the 11th scholarship awarding ceremony.

This year, 100 disadvantaged students of Tien Giang province were awarded scholarships. Specifically, the program gave 20 scholarships for elementary and middle school students (VND1.5 million each); 30 high school students (VND2 million each) and 50 university students (VND 3 million each).

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy General Director of Hung Vuong Joint Stock Company Le Kim Phung shared, with the efforts of the leaders, employees, workers, the company was determined to overcome the difficulties to attach with the program to be able to continue to accompany the dreams of the students. With that spirit, she hoped the students will continue to try their best to fulfill dream and achieve many success in life.

Editor-in-Chief Nguyen Minh Tan expressed his sincere thanks to all the leaders and staffs accompanied with Ap Bac Newspaper to implement the scholarship program for 11 years.

The total amount of this scholarship was VND240 million sponsored by Hung Vuong Joint Stock Company. During the 11 years of its existence, the program " Giving wings to dream" has awarded over 1,400 scholarships with the amount of over VND3 billion.
