A workshop on training multimedia journalism skills

ABO - On May 28, in My Tho city, the Vietnamese Journalists Training Cente under the Vietnamese Journalists Association in cooperation with the Tien Giang Journalists Association held training courses "multimedia journalism skills” for more than 30 reporters and editors of press agencies in Tien Giang, Dong Thap, Ben Tre, Tra Vinh and Vinh Long provinces.

The training took place from May 28-31. Lecturer Phan Van Tu, Faculty of Journalism, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City, introduced and shared the professional skills of multimedia journalism.

In particular, during the training, trainees will be given practical guidance on how to write news articles, multimedia articles; the difference between printed and electronic press; the application of mobile technology for information transmission, ensuring the speed, diversification, effectiveness of information.

With the specific skills practiced in the course, the reporters will be upgraded to professional qualifications and operational skills to deliver quality news and articles that meet the needs of today's technology development.
