Over 20,600 students enter 10th grade entrance exam in Tien Giang province

(ABO) More than 20,600 students throughout Tien Giang province took part in the 10th grade entrance exam for the upcoming school year.

Candidates participated in the exam on June 4-6 with subjects, including mathematics, literature, and foreign language.

The Tien Giang Department of Training and Education set up 33 examination councils with 871 examination rooms at high schools and junior high schools of 11 urban districts in Tien Giang province; mobilizing more than 1,000 staff, teachers and staff to participate in.

In the 2018-2016 school year, the Tien Giang province plans to recruit about 17,730 students in the 10th grade. In addition, the Department of Education and Training also recruited approximately 1,530 students in the 10th grade of continuing education, accounting for 6.1% of the total number of students in 9th grade.
