The project is implemented in 13 communes, in 4 key rice production districts of the province, including Cai Be district, Cai Lay district, Go Cong Tay district and Go Cong Dong district with a total area of ​​ high-tech rice production 2020 as 2,300 hectares, striving to increase to nearly 15,400 hectares by 2025.

Participating in the project, farmers have access to and application of hi-tech agriculture in rice production such as: Production management through intelligent application software and sensor applications, to monitor the situation weather, pests, fertilizers, etc...

In addition, the project also built and scaled up demonstration, training, training, agricultural training for farmers; cooperative development; mobilize businesses to participate, as well as support policies for businesses, cooperatives and farmers; to build agricultural and rural infrastructure systems in service of rice production with hi-tech applications.

The total investment of the project is more than 2,332 billion VND, of which the State budget as more than 112 billion VND and the rest as the counterpart fund of farmers.
