Co-organised by the Radio & Electronics Association of Vietnam (REV), the IEEE Communications Society (IEEE ComSoc) and University of Transport and Communications (UTC), the annual conference series, since 2008, aims to foster an international forum for scientific and technological exchange among Vietnamese and worldwide scientists and engineers in the fields of electronics, communications and related areas, and to gather their high-quality research contributions.

This year’s event features the participation of over 200 delegates from 26 countries, representatives of ministries, branches, universities, academies, research institutes, corporations, domestic and foreign enterprises.
