ABO - On November 24, the Tien Giang provincial People's Committee held the opening ceremony of many activities to promote sending workers to work abroad.

On the opening speech, Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Thanh Duc stressed: In the past years, the work of sending employees to work abroad has always been the province's attention to facilitate conditions. This is also one of solutions identified by Tien Giang province to help employees improve their skills, increasing their income and improving their living standards.

In 2018, the Tien Giang Provincial Party Committee issued Directive 04 on promoting the work of sending workers in Tien Giang to work abroad and the Provincial People's Council issued Resolution 06 on supplementing policy beneficiaries to borrow capital from local budgets entrusted via the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies to work abroad in Tien Giang province. The source of support for the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies was increased by VND 100 billion and more until 2020, etc…

After the opening ceremony, nearly 500 students from 9 schools, vocational education institutions in Tien Giang province participated in exchanges, dialogues, consultations between service enterprises providing laborers to work abroad for a definite term; unions of employees, working skills, labor behavior, labor discipline, behavioral culture, etc... for employees to meet the requirements of working abroad.
