ABO - On September 20, the delegation of Ministry of Home Affairs, led by Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Politics Academy Nguyen Duy Bac, worked with the Tien Giang province on the organization and operation of cadres and civil servants training.

At the meeting, the delegation heard reports about the current state of physical facilities and organizational structure of the Party and government facilities in training and fostering Party members, members and members of the unions; organizing the implementation of Resolution 18 and 19 of the Party Central Committee on cadre work and streamlining of effective apparatuses and personnel training and fostering; the implementation of programs on fostering according to the decentralization and the roadmap for realization of financial autonomy, autonomy in organizational structure and personnel of training and fostering establishments in localities.
