The NA deputies of the Tien Giang province meet voters:

Voters pay attention to strictly handle pollution environment

 ABO - On November 26, the National Assembly (NA) deputies of the Tien Giang province including Nguyen Trong Nghia, Nguyen Hoang Mai, Ta Minh Tam and Le Quang Tri met voters in My Loi A commune (Cai Be district) and Tan Ly Tay, Song Thuan, Binh Duc, Long Hung communes (Chau Thanh district).

The NA deputies informed voters on the outcomes of the NA's sixth session, noting that the session fulfilled the entire set agenda.

Voters also raised their voice with regards to anti-corruption, health insurance, food safety, education, and infrastructure development for the region, which were also made clear by the local authorities.

The voters also comment on the elderly's health care regime; the work of verifying the implementation of regimes and policies for people with meritorious services is still slow; the poor quality goods are still common in rural areas; inadequate health care coverage; some of the power lines in the commune are temporary, causing danger to the people.

Many voters in Cai Be district concerned that the progress of the provincial road 861 is slow and measures to handle overloaded goods vehicles cause damage to provincial roads 869.
Voters in Chau Thanh district suggested that the authorities need to pay attention to the lighting system of the road from the junction of Phu My commune to Tan Huong commune due to the frequent traffic accident.

At the same time, voters recommend investment in drainage system on National Highway 1 through Chau Thanh district, due to frequent inundation, affecting people's life.

Many voters in Chau Thanh district also asked the NA deputies to pay much attention to anti-corruption work and the handling of environmental pollution by some enterprises in the 8th Infantry Division (Military Zone 9), affecting people's life.

The voters' proposals were fully answered by leaders of commune and district. In addition, the NA deputies also informed voters of some contents under their jurisdiction such as: progress of the implementation of the Law on Special Areas; the ratification of the Comprehensive Partnership for Transnational Partnership (CPTTP), etc ...
