There is a solution soon to meet people's water needs, urged Chairman of the PPC

ABO - On March 11, Deputy Secretary of the Tien Giang provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee (PPC) had a meeting with people of My Hanh Trung Commune (Cai Lay Town).

At the meeting, people's opinions and recommendations focused on socio-economic issues, such as: Suggesting authorities to take specific measures and plans on structural transfer crop, solving the output for agricultural products.

Besides, people also proposed to build more water supply stations because the existing water supply station is overloaded, leading to water pressure that does not meet people’s needs of water; proposing authorities to take measures to upgrade or renew the inter-commune youth route because of narrow and degraded roads, etc...

Responding to opinions and recommendations of people, Chairman of the PPC Le Van Huong directed the Tien Giang province Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Cai Lay Town People's Committee to survey the situation on the disadvantage of people using land and reporting to the PPC on this week. Regarding crop transfer, the PPC would hold an in-depth conference on this issue in the coming time.

He assigned the Cai Lay Town People's Committee to check and advise the PPC to expand the narrow, degraded inter-communal youth road and hoped that people on both sides of the road to create favorable conditions for the units to implement; directing the Tien Giang province Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to set up a survey team on clean water issues to soon find solutions to meet people’s need of water, etc...
