The content and curriculum of 11 topics twere strictly in accordance with the central regulations, ensuring updated information, new knowledge and leadership skills to raise awareness about politics, ideology, ethics, lifestyles and capacities work for cadres to participate in provincial leadership positions, meeting political requirements and tasks and being suitable with the local practical situation.

Training course is conducted at the time when the party committees are focusing on implementing the objectives, targets and tasks of the remaining year of the term 2015-2020, to prepare the pre-conditions for the Party Congress of all levels for the term 2020 – 2025
