Tien Giang University launches the "Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign 2017"

On July 10, Tien Giang University officially has just launched the "Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign 2017" under the theme “Youth Tien Giang University to build new rural and urban civilization”.

This year’s summer youth volunteer campaign took place from July 10-20, 2017 with the participation of more than 200 youth volunteers, divided into 3 teams to operate in 4 districts and 15 communes in the province. During the campaign, the teams will carry out the following tasks: to revise and hold summer activities for students; to assist poor households to repair or rebuild houses and public works; to clear bushes, repairing the power system, visiting and giving gifts to martyrs' families, family policies on the 70th anniversary of War Invalids' and Martyrs' Day (1947-2017), etc…

Earlier, on the night of July 9, Tien Giang University organized the "Volunteer Youth Volunteer" program to promote youth spirit before joining the campaign.
