According to the statistic report, people in the coastal area of Go Cong have actively prevented their houses, reviewing the safety of the wharves, ferries and ferryboats, simultaneously relocating the households levees and unsafe areas into safe shelter, etc... Along with that, vessels and boats operating on the sea were called to shore or to the safe island, away from the danger area of the government’s warning.

In Go Cong Dong district, local authorities called on 860 vehicles ashore or avoiding dangerous areas, with 640 accredited houses, 1,240 households outside the dyke and unsafe homes evacuated to safe places. Particularly for Tan Phu Dong district, up to now, the locality has relocated 1,452 households outside the dike to safe shelter, crossing 466 houses, calling 65 boats into safe place.
 
Chairman of the PPC Le Van Huong suggested that localities should continue to closely monitor the development of the storm to have a concrete and timely response plans. After the meeting, the units immediately need to check the first step of migration, fixing the house and the anchorage of the boat to the safety point along the docks. In addition, it is necessary to pay attention to logistics, transportation, communications and electricity when storm moves to inland.
