Regarding the orientation in the coming time, Chairman of the PPC said that, first of all, it is necessary to re-plan because the old plan of the province is still heavy on land use planning.

“Although the land use planning is intended for this purpose and the other purpose, there is no land fund to call for investment. This is the existence of the old plan. Therefore, in the upcoming plan, the province will calculate land fund for urban development”, Chairman of the PPC stressed.

Regarding the consideration of investment projects, the Chairman said that the consideration of projects over the past time in the province is still slow.

Therefore, the Department of Construction needed to quickly open professional training courses to review the records and procedures to facilitate investors, etc...

Also at the seminar, the representative of Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction, Can Tho city and Long An province shared their experiences on urban development in the locality; universities, construction companies and real estate companies also gave many opinions about urban development, real estate market, etc…
