The content of the workshop concentrated on assessing the status of wage estimate and determining the demand for wage reform in the locality; introducing solutions to apply information technology in the estimation of salary and determine the demand for wage reform; exchanging, discussing and proposing solutions to help the estimation of salary and determine the need for accurate and timely salary reform.

The workshop aims to help the preparation of financial statements, settlement reports, salary estimation and determination of wage reform needs of units and localities in Tien Giang province in a timely manner in accordance with current regulations, especially in the condition of preparing to determine the needs, sources and modes of payment for the adjustment of the basic salary according to the Government's Decree No. 38/2019.
