After many years of building new rural areas, Thoi Son commune has an income per capita of 46.69 million VND per a year, the rate of poor households reduces to 3.2%. Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Van Nghia emphasized: Binh Ninh commune is the twelfth commune of Cho Gao district meeting new rural area standards.
