According to Director of the Tien Giang Centers for Disease Control Nguyen Ngoc Chon, the amount of Cloramin B from the provincial and district stockpiles is sufficient to meet the current treatment needs and prevent the occurrence of acute respiratory infections caused by nCoV in the area. However, the supply of this chemical is difficult if the province needs mass spraying in the near future.

Chairman of the Tien Giang Le Van Huong directed that when the amount of chemicals is sufficient, the health sector will conduct disinfectant spraying in all public areas and crowded places back and forth like the bus station, the office, etc...

According to recommendations of the Health sector, under current conditions, to prevent acute respiratory infections caused by nCoV and other respiratory transmission diseases, the most necessary and meaningful job is good personal hygiene, food hygiene and environmental sanitation; in particular, washing your hands often with soap helps prevent disease very well.
