Soc Trang will host MDEC 2014 forum in November

According the Steering Committee of  MDEC 2014 Soc Trang, the Mekong Delta Economic Co-operation - Soc Trang 2014 will take place in the provincial city from November 5 to 7. The main theme of MDEC 2014 Soc Trang is "Restructuring agriculture – building new rural area in Mekong Delta".
