70 farmers of My Tho city learned experience to plant green-skin grapefruit

The Economic Department of My Tho city has organized the excursion for 70 farmers of Binh Thanh, Binh Loi green-skin grapefruit cooperative group (Tan My Chanh, My Phong commune) and VietGAP green-skin grapefruit clubs, cooperative groups visited many planting model and trading green-skin grapefruit in compliance with GlobalGAP standards in Ben Tre province.

The delegation was shared many experiences about planting techniques, care, prevention and control pests on a grapefruit tree, the use of plant protection chemicals, the use economically of irrigation systems,... etc.

The delegation also visited the basis of purchasing green-skin grapefruit Huong Mien Tay in Phuoc My Trung commune, Mo Cay district.

The excursion helped 70 farmers get the opportunity to interact and learn experiences for producing and enlarging plating green-skin grapefruit model in the future.
