Cai Be district holds workshop passing tourism development project

Cai Be District People's Committee has recently held a workshop passing tourism development project period 2015 - 2020, with a vision to 2025.

The project includes many contents: The potential and reality of Cai Be’s tourism development; the result of tourism operations business period 2010 – 2014; the solutions for tourism development; the orientation of development market and tourism products; the orientation of investing for development tourism; many priority projects need to invest; forecasting tourist arrivals to Cai Be in the future; forcasting the demand of accommodation facilities, expenditure of tourists and tourism income period 2015 - 2020 and orientation to 2025.

Vice Chairman of the Standing Cai Be People’s Committee Le Van Thuan proposed: After this workshop, the district should organize seminars for the authorities to discuss solutions to maintain and preserve Cai Be floating market and The project of developing ecological gardens to serve tourists; focusing on exploiting eco-tourism - resorts – spiritual model; attracting both of interior and foreign visitors; extendeding forms of community tourism, etc…
