Further budget funding allocated for urgent projects

Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has made a decision to give VND1,807 billion (US$85 million) in support to urgent projects in 43 provinces and central-governed cities from the 2014 reserve State budget.

The Ministry of Finance is responsible for the accuracy of reported information and data on using the 2014 reserve State budget as regulated while reporting a list of supported projects to be implemented in the provinces and central-governed cities.

People’s Committees of the supported provinces and central-governed cities are responsible to manage and use the supported capital for stated purposes as regulated while constructively using the local budget and mobilising other legal capital sources to carry out the projects effectively.
