The prices of dragon fruits have drastically fallen

Over two weeks ago, the prices of dragon fruits have drastically fallen to VND8,000-10,000 a kilogram in spite of the off-season.

Many farmers are worried because the price of dragon fruits in the off-season always is at high prices. Early this month, a kilogram of dragon fruit was sold at VND15,000-20,000.

According to traders, the prices of dragon fruits have drastically fallen because the Chinese dealers discount the prices. With the price fall, it is not easy for farmers to sell products and they are suffering heavy losses.
