Adjusting the plan of Cai Be's socio-economic development to 2020

The Provicial People’s Committee has just issued Decision No.1323/QD-UB to approve adjust the plan of Cai Be’s socio-economic development to 2020 and the orientation to 2030.

Accordingly, by 2020, Cai Be will be the commerce-service and tourism development district, pioneering in the province into agricultural development, founding many many large specialized regions associated with the processing industry.

The urban system will be renovated, upgraded and developed with the communal population centers to become economic centers to promote the development of rural areas. The gap in the level of development and per capita income with the average rate of the region will be narrowed. People’s material life and spirit will be constantly raised; defense, security, social order and safety are guaranteed.

The total invested capital demand in period 2016 - 2020 is VND26,5-28 billion; period 2021 - 2030 with a total capital to be VND177,5-205 billion.

The plan also set forth a number of measures to mobilize investment capital, to develop the human resource and attract talents, to improve the investment environment, to apply science - technology, to expand product markets, etc ...
