Government committed to reform to facilitate enterprises: Deputy PM
Deputy Prime Minister Vu Van Ninh said the government pledged to create a stable business climate to support enterprises at a business forum organised by Forbes Vietnam magazine on August 17.

Deputy PM Ninh said the government would continue to reform market mechanisms, push through economic restructuring, foster administrative reforms and enhance the quality of the workforce to support enterprises.
He added that the government is supporting enterprises by listening to opinions from the business community and being proactive in participating in free trade agreements.
The Deputy PM said that the government is giving a priority to developing the private sector as one of the factors contributing to Vietnam’s sustainable development.
He informed the forum participants that the Vietnamese economy has achieved positive results with stable growth and inflation kept in check.
Under the theme “Taking the Lead”, the forum gathered nearly 400 participants who are policy-makers and business leaders from both Vietnam and abroad to discuss ways to improve the competitiveness of Vietnamese enterprises.
The forum also featured business leaders from some of the major players in the Vietnamese economy such as TH Group and Minh Phu Seafood Corporation talking about their visions and strategies.
