Nguyen Kim Group begins the project of My Tho commercial servives zone

On September 16, Nguyen Kim one member co., LTD (belonging to Nguyen Kim Group) has just conducted groundbreaking ceremony of the project’s My Tho commercial servives zone at Nguyen Van Pham  street, ward 5, My Tho city.

 

Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Van Khang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Commmittee Nguyen Hong Quang, Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Le Van Nghia and representatives of the provincial departments as well as My Tho city attended.

At the groundbreaking ceremony

According to Nguyen Thuy Trang, Deputy CEO of Nguyen Kim Group, the project of My Tho commercial servives zone has a total area of over 18,000 square meters, including floor area of 70,000 square meters with 12 floors and 1 basement, building height of 55 meter.

The commercial zone includes: self-choosing supermarket, shopping genuine electronic appliances mall, fashion, luxury cosmetics, furniture; and entertainment venues, restaurant, children's entertainment; complexes office and apartment rentals, etc ... Total investment costs VND835 billion, expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2017.

 

When putting into operation, the project will create jobs for 1,000 workers, contributing to the local budget through value-added tax at least VND15 billion per a year. In addition, this project contributes to enhance the province's GRDP index minimum additional VND411 billion and increase total retail sales of goods and services as VND39,700 billion.
