My Tho city calls for more investment in infrastructure projects

Chairman of My Tho city People’s Committee Nguyen Van Hong says that My Tho city will strengthen calling for more investment in infrastructure projects.

Many projects are: The project of prolonged Hung Vuong street to Luong Phu intersection, the project of worker’s house, house for trade in Trung An commune with area of 4.8 hectares.

The project of prolonged provincial road 870B connected to highway’s roundabout,  the project of My Tho Commercial Center according to forming a supermarket, the project of light system in Tan Long islet associated with construction of hotels, restaurants with area of 8.000 square meter, the project of tourist points in Thoi Son islet.

The city will approve bids as well as evaluate and compenstate to early start the project of Tien river embankment road in ward 2, monitoring closely a progress of investment for Nguyen Kim trade center, coordinating closely with Northwest Ltd. Company to start the residential project along the Tien river early.

Besides, My Tho city also organized architectural design competition for Tet Mau Than park to create a hightlight of My Tho city, organizing design competition for gate and Trung Luong roundabout, etc…
