Trade fair honouring Vietnamese goods opens in Ho Chi Minh City
More than 250 enterprises are taking part in a trade fair organised by the Ho Chi Minh City Union of Business Associations (HUBA) that kicked off on June 10 and is designed to honour made-in-Vietnam products.
There are about 450 booths featuring a wide range of goods from processed food, drinks, garments and footwear to consumer goods, handicrafts, timber products and cosmetics.
As part of the fair, HUBA also reserves a special space to introduce typical goods produced by member organisations of the union and recognised by the HCMC People’s Committee.
HUBA Chairman Huynh Van Minh said the fair is a reliable destination for enterprises to promote their products and seek opportunities to expand the market as well as a bridge for manufacturers to bring their products directly to consumers.
The event, held at the Phu Tho Gymnasium, will last until June 14.
