Cai Be district People's Committee holds meeting with enterprises

On July 26, Cai Be district People's Committee held meeting with 150 enterprises in district. Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Tran Thanh Duc attended this meeting.

According to report about the enterprise development in district, there are 1,200 companies, enterprises, establishments and cooperative production, business, mainly operated in many fields such as: milling, oil trading, construction, transport, trade and services, etc...

On the last time, enterprises have contributed significantly to the socioeconomic development of district, creating jobs and stable incomes for approximately 9 thousand employees. Annually, these enterprises have contributed approximately 17.7 percent to the average income of the district budget, contributing to economic growth, improvin people's life.

At the meeting, enterprises stated shortcomings, difficulties in the process of production and business activities.

Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Tran Thanh Duc has appreciated the enthusiastic comments of enterprise. At the same time, he emphasized that in the future, the province continues to review all mechanisms, policies, reforming administration, strengthening the application of information technology in management activities to address settlement procedures for businesses as quickly as possible, etc…

On this occasion, the provincial Business Association issued membership certificates to 20 enterprises.
