According to durian gardeners, the prices reachs 20,000 VND per a kilogram of R6 durian variety, especially Mongthon durian variety sold from 55,000-60,000 VND per a kilogram.

With this price, after deducting production costs, grower gain more than 400 million VND per a hectare.

As reported, Cai Lay district has over 7,500 hectares planted durian in Tam Binh commune, Ngu Hiep commune, Long Trung commune, Long Tien commune, Cam Son commune, etc…
