Source of mobilizing capital increased by nearly 20 percent
That is the information of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV)-Tien Giang branch has just released at the Bank-Enterprise conversation conference on September 27.
According to the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV)-Tien Giang branch, the total source of mobilizing capital in the province reached 45,626 billion VND until late Agust 2016, increased 7,540 billion VND in comparision with the beginning of year, the growth rate was 19,9 percent.
The source mobilizing capital of many banks in the province grows strong, higher than the same period of the previous year. These are mainly sources of savings deposits from population because people have incomes from compensation, land clearance projects investments or income from the leftover temporary production - business.
However, according to SBV-Tien Giang branch, granting credit operation of banks in the province grows slowly because unexpected development of the weather as well as the adverse impact of the world economy has affected the production and business of economic sectors so that the demand of capital was rather low.
Accordingly, the total outstanding loans in the province reached 32, 061 billion VND, an increase of 3,256 billion VND incomparision with the beginning year earlier, the rate of increase was 11.3 percent.
