Tan Phuoc district People's Committee holds meeting with enterprises

On October 20, Tan Phuoc district People's Committee held meeting with 140 enterprises and business households in district. 

 

In recent years, implementing the policy of province, district leader has been interested in assignment of exploiting the strength of land along Ho Chi Minh-Trung Luong highway’s corridor. In Tan Lap 1 commune, Long Giang Industrial Park has been built and developed since 2008 with the largest area of province (about 540 hectares).

 

Until now, there are 32 businesses signed land rent agreement at the industrial park with a total investment of nearly USD 1.2 billion, attracted more than 6,000 employees working with stable income.

In addition, the district has 406 industry-handicraft bases and more than 2,400 trade and service establishments. The district has currently implemented the plan of Thanh Tan industrial area with the expected scale of over 131 hectares and Tan Lap commercial services with the scale of nearly 8 hectares.

Chairman of Tan Phuoc district People’s Committee Nguyen Van Man desired to receive more ideas of businesses for contributing to the solution to attract investment as well as industrial development in order to develop cohesion between businesses and local to be more effective.

 

On this occasion, Tan Phuoc district People's Committee presented certificate of merit to 13 enterprises contributed greatly to district’s economic development in past years.
