Dialogue to remove difficulties for units on economic cooperation

Tax, land, transportation wrere “hot problem" in the dialogue to remove difficulties and problems faced by cooperatives, people's credit funds and cooperation team was organized by the Provincial People’s Commmittee on November 29.

At the dialogue

There was 60 units on economic cooperation participated with related departments and agencies. Cooperative economic units also met difficulties in accessing loans to develop production and business.
Many related departments explained and guided many issues mentioned by of units on economic cooperation in the dialogue.

Speaking at the dialogue, Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee required related departments to take interest in making procedure for cooperative economic units to lease land lease or hand over land (if this was public land). The tax industry implemented fully tax incentive policy, actively guiding and solving problems of these economic units.  

Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee stressed that economic cooperation was the economic sector which met most difficulties. Each branch, locality needed to support positively economic cooperation units to act in each area, each locality.

In the coming time, according regulation of the central government, the new rural communes must have at least one cooperative so localities need to develop cooperative in area. The cooperative economic units should be more active in the production and trading, reflecting timely difficulties and problems in oder to be solved by industries as well as levels.
