Industrial production rises 15.1% in four months

The Index of Industrial Production (IIP) rose by 5.1% in the first four months of 2017, according to statistic of Tien Giang provincial People’s Committee.

According to to statistic, the manufacturing and processing industry increased by 15.7%, the water supply as well as waste management and treatment decreased by 0.9%, the production, distribution of electricity, gas, heating, steam and air conditioning increased by 11.1%.

There are 12/33 industrial products with production index increased over the same period such as: fresh beer increased by 104.6%, sports shoes and sandals increased by 81.9%, copper pipes by 53.7%, drugs containing penixilin increased by 47.8%, frozen seasfood increased by 27%.
