The economic growth rate of Tien Giang increases in recent 5 years

According to Tien Giang Department of Planning and Investment, in the first 6 months of 2017, Tien Giang's economic growth rate (GRDP) increased by 9.6%, ranking the second in 13 provinces in the Mekong Delta region. This is the highest growth rate in recent 5 years.

The economic growth rate of the province has increased significantly with the small size of the provincial business community, especially in the first 6 months of 2017, Tien Giang province has 300 registered enterprises newly established with a total registered capital of nearly VND2,000 billion, increasing by11% in enterprises and 2% in registered capital.

There were 316 times of enterprises registered to change the content of enterprise registration including changes in capital, addition of business lines, members, legal representative, head office address,etc… increased by 9% over the same period.

Up to now, Tien Giang province has over 4,100 operating enterprises with a total registered capital of over VND 58,500 billion.
