Chairman of the PPC surveyed the status of landslide on Cho Gao channel

On September 13, Chairman of the Tien Giang People’s Committee (PPC) Le Van Huong with representatives of relevant departments and leaders of the Cho Gao district People's Committee surveyed the status of landslide on Cho Gao channel.

The Cho Gao channel through the Cho Gao district has 19 serious landslides with the total length of the landslide needed reinforcement about 262 meters. Of which, Cho Gao town has 2 points, Xuan Dong commune has 7 points and Binh Phuc Nhuc commune has 7 points.

To overcome these points of landslide, the Cho Gao district People's Committee is deploying the road reinforcement plan with funding about VND480 million.

On the spot, Chairman of the PPC Le Van Huong asked the People's Committee of Cho Gao district to consolidate the erosion points in September so that people easily travel, and not let accidents happen.
