Petrolimex Tien Giang deploys electronic invoices

ABO - On February 11 and 12, Vietnam Petroleum Group (Petrolimex) coordinated with VNPT Tien Giang to train the member companies of Petrolimex in the Mekong Delta implemented electronic invoices.

In Tien Giang province, Petrolimex Tien Giang is the first enterprise to implement electronic invoices on a large-scale.

The issuance electronic invoices of Petrolimex is implemented in accordance with the Circular No. 32/2011 /TT-BTC dated 14 March 2011 issued by the Ministry of Finance guiding the creation, issuance and use of goods sale and service provision contracts, etc...

Accordingly, from January 1, 2018, Petrolimex officially initiated and distributed electronic invoices, replacing the issuance of ordinary paper invoices and this will be implemented throughout the entire Petrolimex system from April 1, 2018.

The issuance of electronic invoices not only created favorable conditions for consumers but also management agencies in searching information for control. Thus, the program will bring benefits to consumer, the State and businesses.

On the other hand, the issuance of electronic invoices helps the effective exploitation of the information technology system in the production and business activities of the enterprise, ensuring compliance with the trend of the 4.0 revolution, contributing to the reduction cost and obviously of petroleum business.
