Tien Giang earns over $558 million in exports the first quarter

ABO -  Tien Giang’s export turnover in the first quarter 2018 reached nearly US$ 558 million, an increase 8 percent in comparison with the same period, reported by the Tien Giang provincial People’s Committee.

Commodity exports are mainly concentrated in the processing industry, manufacturing and trade.

Items posting year-on-year increases in export value included garments-textile, shoes of all kinds, aquatic products, rice, footwear, etc…

The province’s products are mainly exported to the America accounted for 40.3%, Asia 38.4%, Europe 17% and the remaining Africa and Oceania.
