Four ODA projects disbursed VND125.8 billion VND in the first quarter

ABO - According to the Tien Giang provincial People's Committee, in the first quarter of 2018, four ODA  (official development assistance) projects in the province were disbursed with the amount of VND125.8 billion, reached 30.8% of the plan 2018.

Four ODA projects were implemented such as: the Mekong Delta Region Urban Upgrading Project - My Tho city subproject; the project of Greater Mekong Subregion Flood and Drought Risk Management and Mitigation Project; the Low Carbon Agricultural Support Project; the Sustainable Agriculture Transformation Project for Vietnam.

In addition, the Tien Giang provincial People's Committee is finishing a dossier to propose the Ministry of Planning and Investment to consider and submit to the Prime Minister for approval the project on anti-erosion, sedimentation and planting of wave protection trees to protect Go Cong sea dykes (in the East) into the list of ODA projects.
